Eclips/C is the freight door control system upgrade used when the door panels and tracks, car gate(s) and hardware are to be retained. This package operates with existing AC power door motor operators. If the existing operator is DC power, use the Eclips/P modernization package for a complete power upgrade.
The Eclips/C package
The Eclips/C package includes an Eclips closed loop door controller, door and gate position sensors, and a wiring package for both the landing doors and the car gate for ease with installation making sure you have the proper materials on-site when you need them.
Features
Once the removal of the old control and mechanical limits is complete, the following items are installed:
A position sensor is mounted to each opening's door track and car gate.
Operator and sensor wire is run from each sensor to machine room terminal blocks in the Eclips door controller.
The Eclips door controller is wired into the elevator controller and the system is ready for setup.
